Thursday, March 26, 2026Took Mom to the park this morning. She walked for about 20 minutes and seemed to enjoy it. Appetite was good at lunch.
Confirmed Mom took her morning meds (Metformin, Lisinopril). She said her knee was hurting again — might need to mention at Thursday's appointment.
Mom video-called with her grandkids and was laughing the whole time. Best mood I've seen in weeks! Also refilled her prescriptions — all picked up.

Knee pain increased — Mom mentioned her right knee has been "catching" when she stands up from sitting. Happens 3-4 times today. No swelling visible. Started about 3 days ago.
Best day in weeks — Mom was very engaged during the grandkids' video call. Laughed multiple times, remembered their school projects from last call. Appetite excellent.
Confusion in the evening — Mom couldn't find her glasses (they were on her head) and asked about Dad twice. Resolved after about 30 minutes. First time this has happened in a while.
